RED CABBAGE "KALIBOS".
A rare variety of red cabbage that is suitable for fermentation.
Medium-late variety. Loafs are harvested after 100-115 days after planting the seedlings. Loafs are oblong, firm, weight 2,0-2,5 kg.
Used fresh, particularly suitable for sauerkraut, leaves contain lots of sugar. Grow well in well fertilised, non-acid, moderate and light loamy soil.
Acidic soils need lime. Cabbages are grown in the same field no earlier than after 4-5 years.
1 gram = 250-300 seeds.
